Personal Data Policy

1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy is based on the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, and defines the procedure for personal data processing and the measures used to protect such data.

The policy applies to information that the Operator may receive about website visitors, including through the contact form after it is connected.
2. Key terms
- personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual;
- personal data processing means any action or set of actions performed with personal data, with or without automation tools;
- operator means a person or entity that organizes and performs personal data processing independently or jointly with others;
- destruction of personal data means actions after which the content of personal data cannot be restored.
3. Processing principles
The Operator processes personal data lawfully and fairly, only for predetermined purposes and only to the extent required to achieve those purposes. The Operator does not combine databases containing personal data where processing is performed for incompatible purposes, and does not store data longer than required by the processing purposes or applicable law.
4. Purposes and data scope
4.1. Request handling and feedback
The Operator may process a name, phone number or email, comment, selected user role, and other information voluntarily submitted by the user through the contact form or other communication channels. The processing purpose is to review the request, contact the user, and prepare a response.
4.2. Website operation and security
When visiting the website, technical information may be processed, including IP address, cookies, browser and device information, date and time of visit, viewed page addresses, and referral source. This information is used to support interface operation and website security.
4.3. Traffic analytics
After separate user consent, technical visit information may be processed using Yandex Metrica to analyze traffic and improve the website.
5. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing includes the data subject’s consent, provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and other applicable laws of the Russian Federation. For data entered in the contact form, the user confirms consent independently by selecting the required checkbox before submitting the form.
6. Processing procedure and methods
The Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, block, delete, and destroy personal data with or without automation tools.
The Operator does not disclose personal data to an undefined group of persons. Access to data is granted only where and to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes or comply with legal requirements.
Processing stops after the processing purposes are achieved, when the need to achieve them is lost, or when consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis for continued processing applies.
7. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
The website may use technical cookies required for interface operation. Yandex Metrica is loaded only after the user clicks “Accept” in the cookie notice and only after the website owner connects the counter.

8. Data protection
The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
9. User rights
The user may request information about the processing of their personal data, request correction, blocking, or deletion, and withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to equiqa@equiqa.ru.
If the user believes that the Operator processes personal data in violation of legal requirements, the user may appeal the Operator’s actions or inaction to the competent authority for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights or to a court.
