Personal Data Processing Consent

I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give ООО «Эквика», TIN 9731074205, KPP 773101001, OGRN 1217700014003, address: 121552, Moscow, Orshanskaya St., 5, premises 123 (the Operator), my consent to process my personal data under the following terms.

1. Personal data covered

This consent applies to data that I voluntarily provide in the contact form:

• name;
• phone number or email;
• selected user role;
• comment and other information contained in the message.

2. Processing purposes

The Operator processes personal data to review my request, contact me, and prepare a response.

3. Actions with personal data

The Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, block, delete, and destroy personal data with or without automation tools.

4. Consent term and withdrawal procedure

This consent remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw consent by sending a request to equiqa@equiqa.ru.

After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys personal data within the period provided by Russian law, unless another lawful basis for continued processing exists.
